Star bright in its pale yellow appearance, this wine is massively aromatic. For starters, it smells of peach skin, Poire William, pink rose and honeysuckle. The palate brings on further layers like phyllo dough, almond and mint. The perky acidity reins in the high alcohol, offering excellent balance to this fresh, light and lithe wine. The taut palate suggests stainless steel fermentation and minimal time on the lees. A great sipper that can also be enjoyed with seafood or fruit-driven, savory salads. Drink now through 2016.
