In appearance, this wine is straw colored, with flecks of green. The nose elicits lemon zest, macadamia nut, stale beer and orange blossom. Lemon zest, apple blossom, orange blossom and an herbal note of tarragon linger on the expansive palate. The mousse is coarse and the acidity is high.
