Very pale salmon-colored in appearance, this wine has a quintessential nose that offers cherry pit and rose petal. The palate is more elusive, bringing out orange blossom, underripe peach, rose petal and lemon zest, with a mousse that expresses the perfect equilibrium: neither coarse nor fine. Acidity is vibrant.
