This wine has a smoky, spicy nose of violet blossom, cassis, white strawberry and cranberry. On the palate, black plum skips through field herbs and rides black cherry and grippy tannins through to the long finish. The wine craves grilled chicken, basil pesto and fettuccine Alfredo.
