This dry Riesling straddles the line between being serious and playful with a persistent fruit streak that pulls the wine together. Pale lemon in color, petrol leaps out on the nose and dissipates with time in glass revealing Fuji apple, crushed stones, blossom and white peach. Perky acidity and lime zest play on the midpalate as the wine completes with a long, fruity finish.
