This hearty wine checks all the Australian Cab Sauv boxes with fruit intensity and concentration. Deep ruby in color, it has a perfumed nose of blackberry, cassis, black plum, blueberry and violet blossom. On the palate the dry, full-bodied wine shows ripe, slightly grippy tannin, with a long finish. Drink now, but the wine can easily cellar for five to seven years.
