This is a beautiful, savory wine. Deep purple in color, it has an aromatic nose of blackberry, eucalyptus, red raspberry, thyme, dried apricot and violet blossom. Herbal elements slow dance with vanilla baking spice in the dry wine, leading to a long finish. The mouthfeel is velvety, with ripe, grippy tannin and concentration. When you taste this wine, you taste classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon.
