Pale, ballet slipper pink, this light-bodied Shiraz rosé has reserved aromas, smelling vaguely of misted spring roses on a cool morning. There’s also a glimmer of crushed white peppercorns and sweet corn alongside field strawberries and Rainier cherries on the palate. A light tug of tannins frames the palate while bright acidity rests in the background to provide pleasant refreshment. Drink now–2023.
