Paul Mittnacht NV Brut Rosé  Pinot Noir (Crémant d'Alsace)

abv: 12.5% | Price Tier: $

Lively, bright and copper-pink in color, this clean, fruit-driven wine shows promise from the start. Its fairly delicate, moderate-sized bubbles give the palate good finesse. The sweet-tart flavors of raspberry and red plum lead to a pithy, dry and moderate finish. This bubbly’s tang will make it a very good companion at the table, especially with lighter, brighter dishes. The fruit on the finish evaporates quickly though the dryness lingers in a slightly nagging manner. Still, this is pure fun and delivers good value. Drink now–2022.
