Richly aromatic, this gold-colored sparkling wine smells of candle wax and yellow plum. Densely flavorful and savory, it has a lovely, robust mouthfeel from the rather large, vigorous bubbles. It is well-balanced and sophisticated on the palate, with mild acidity and a waxy sensation. The salty, lightly lemony finish is moreish and great for food. Drink now–2021.
