This rather distinguished white wine offers a full body that’s balanced by a discreet tension on the palate. There is plenty of aromatic snap here, from yellow plums and star fruit to chalk and biscuit. Alas, only moderately concentrated, this needs a bit more stuffing to carry its challenging structure.
