This wine smells of celery and green pear. It’s fresh and youthful, with a slightly glossy and rounded midpalate that’s contrasted by a firm feel. A strain of star fruit and fresh grass is accompanied by a smear of toast on the palate, while notes of sea salt and chicken broth grow as the wine sits in the glass. Drink now–2021.
