This wine is slightly hazy in appearance, with a walnut pith-brown color. Its high-toned perfume offers raisins, gingerbread and maple syrup. It is full-bodied, with walnut, pecan and nougat flavors. The broad palate offers lovely density and though sweet, it isn’t cloying. Rather, it is juicy and spicy, with the perfect measure of integrated acidity pulling the flavors into a medium finish.
