This wine is light yellow in color and has an open, fresh and floral nose. The palate is predominantly peachy, with both sweet spice and savory undertones. The moderately textured, medium-bodied palate fills in with a salty minerality and a lively lemon core. With plentiful fresh-fruit tones and solid acidity, this would be great with a seafood fry. Drink now–2018.
