Limpid, lemon peel color with a highly mineral nose. Peach pit, white peach skin, lemon pith and bitter almond frame the wine’s flavors. There is an extra-dry sensation that starts on the attack and continues through to the finish. The moderate body packs in the flavor, which it carries on to the medium finish. The wine is so dry that it feels lightly tannic on the finish. A compelling, modern-styled, aromatic wine.
