Dark chocolate-colored at the core, this wine opens with an exuberant nose of black currant fruit and leaf. The voluptuous, creamy palate is bolstered by ample alcohol, giving it an easy drinkability. The acidity is a bit lenient, but it gives just enough focus to the palate. The tannins are round and undemanding. Sure to be a hit, this wine has nice freshness now but needs to be drunk up soon to appreciate its youthful freshness.
