Pale and vibrantly reflective yellow in color, this wine hints of candied lemon on the nose with wet wool nuances. Sugary sweet and light bodied, this wine is nonetheless balanced by its staunch acidity. Candied apple, cotton candy, musk and lemon curd all pile onto the palate. Unfortunately, the wine lacks purity and focus. Its sugar seems to be trying to cover up for this, and in the eyes of many tasters, it will. Drink 2013–2014.
