This rosé has a lilting nose of white cherry, pithy peach and underripe papaya and mango. Muted orange blossom and geranium immediately follow, along with a white-rock minerality. Peach becomes more opulent and fleshy on the palate. A creaminess of texture pervades the wine. The midpalate has width, while bitter almond finishes the palate.
