This wine is a vibrant, pale straw color with a fine, crystal-clear rim. The youthful nose is surprisingly not fruit focused but rather intriguingly oriented to saw dust, raw almond, lobster stock and aloe. The palate, however, merges into the fruit sector with melon and green grape flavors. Simple and dry on the attack but seemingly sweet given the candied fruit flavors, this wine also shows distractingly dusty tannins on the extremely short finish. Unusual. Drink up.
