This is an inviting, palate-cleansing and dry Riesling with zing. The nose suggests fresh-cut red apple, honeydew melon, Bosc pear, orange zest and white blossom. On the palate the wine is filled with tart lemon citrus and almost-ripened apple. It would pair wonderfully with fried calamari and sautéed dishes.
