This steely Sauvignon Blanc delivers a tart, green-fruit wallop. Pale lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of green apple, petrol, green grass, pear, lime zest and white blossom. On the palate the bone-dry, low-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc is tart with racy acidity and a long finish.
