Clean, light, bright and very youthful, this smells of honeydew melon, yellow grapefruit and fresh herbs joined by a distinctive leafiness on the nose. The moderate-bodied palate is downright tangy with reverberating acidity. The energetic—almost frenzied—fruit is mildly concentrated and the flavors are straightforward. Moderate in alcohol, this is lean and citrusy enough to mesh nicely with salads, ceviche and light fish dishes. The minerally finish is swift, suggesting this is a wine for early drinking.
