Bright red cherries and a touch of ganache carry the nose. The palate is similarly two-dimensional, modest in concentration and finishes very quickly. The tannins are lightly dusty and nicely sculpted. The acidity is well-placed and provides nice tension. There is not a clear sense grape variety here, but it is a perfectly pleasant wine as a mid-range drinker. Drink now–2024.
