Light, bright and dazzlingly pithy, this wine smells minerally and vivaciously salty. The featherweight palate is saturated in lemon zest, nicely complementing the zippy bouquet. The pink grapefruit finish will be a great partner for shellfish. Tasty but monosyllabic, the relatively low alcohol and razor-sharp acidity make it delightfully refreshing now and might hold a year or two. Drink now–2020.
