This wine is magnanimously aromatic, starting with aromas of strawberry preserves and Ceylon tea. Its sleek attack brings on a full-bodied palate that shows a bit of alcoholic warmth. Initially creamy tannins end up bringing an edge of dryness to the moderate finish of red plums and fallen autumn leaves. Still, the wine’s primary tension point is the feisty acidity. developed nicely thus far, this is ready to be enjoyed. Drink now–2020.
