The nose is quintessential Pinot Noir with a bouquet of sweet red cherries and fallen autumn leaves wrapped in a wisp of Band-Aid on this pale ruby-colored wine. The palate is as light as a feather between its low alcohol and lacy tannins. The well-placed, refreshing acidity makes the mouth water, priming it for the red currants, strawberries and dusting of baking spice that hold into the moderate finish. Elegant and lovely, this is drinking well now. This is likely best enjoyed in its youth so drink now–2021.
