This very pale, lightly lemon-colored white is extremely reticent on the nose. The palate is medium bodied, with a leesy, round, caressing character and touches of lemon pulp and pith. There’s not much more. But, there is a place for this wine, especially alongside raw shellfish or simple salads. It’s not particularly complex, so sip it up quickly. Drink now–2018.
