Though small in appearance, the bubbles seem to expand a bit on the palate, creating a light foaminess. There’s still plenty of finesse here, both in structure and in flavor. The fresh acidity transforms the carbon dioxide into a mild and fun, spa-like, tongue-scrubbing cleanser. The wine’s medium-minus concentration offers a modest but pleasant finish.
