Pale raspberry in color, this is sweetly perfumed with red cherry skins, rose petals and hibiscus notes. Blood orange seeps in on the palate with some juicy açai and cranberry. Spicy hints suggest whole bunch use. The mouthfeel is light and bright with incredibly mild tannins, elegant acidic lift and a light creaminess that creeps in on the lingering finish. This is an incredibly elegant expression of Pinot Noir that is satisfyingly wholesome.
