A wave of bing cherry, cola, cinnamon, clove and vanilla on the palate. The fruit and cola battle a bit to take front stage, but the acid is mouth puckering in the finish. As it opens up, the cola is last thing on palate, but there is a want for the finish to be longer for the oak that has been applied. This is a solid New World expression. Hold three to five years for a little more cohesion.
