This wine is superpale in color and spicy on the nose. The palate leads to loads of resiny characters, with a pithy peach-skin flavor and texture. Though incredibly light in alcohol, it has plenty of heft to stand up to brioche-encrusted melted cheeses or savory apple and cheese sausages.
