This wine has a pale, straw-colored core and a water white rim. Its delicate perfume smells of white flower, beeswax, honeysuckle and yellow grapefruit peel. There is just a touch of sweetness on the attack, which smartly balances the wine’s pleasant and lightly pithy bitterness. The finish is quick, but the wine fully delivers, especially in the refreshment department. This light-bodied wine has bracing acidity. Drink now through 2016.
