Very pale pink with a medium-sized, watery rim, this bottling has a somewhat neutral nose of flint, earth and peach. The attack has a hint of residual sugar that is well-balanced by the searing acidity. The strawberry and watermelon flavors prove as lightweight as the nose, with only moderate concentration, which—unsurprisingly— leads to a short finish. Drink now through 2015.
