Gleaming pale yellow with bright reflections, this wine doesn’t offer a lot of bubbles. As such, it is a good candidate for drinking in a white wine glass or even a coupe. What bubbles do surface are fine and a bit feisty. They give the medium-plus finish a cleansing and lightly tannic quality. There’s no lack of flavor here, with walnut, bergamot tea, fresh cream, cinnamon stick and nectarine working together to create complexity. Drink now through 2016.
