Deep yellow in color with oodles of small bubbles, this wine is massively yeasty on the palate, but also packed with flavors of Brazil nut and hazelnut. The palate extends into straw, caramel and nougat along with yellow pear, sweet plum and sweet crackers. Medium minus in body, the wine has vigorous acidity and feisty bubbles that make it lively and enticing. Drink 2013–2016.
