Deep and vibrant in its yellow color, this wine is less giving in aromas. Flint, hay and nutshells compose the base of this wine’s aromas. There is also digestive cracker, lemon pulp, anise and ripe yellow tomato. Lightly viscous with a whisper of residual sugar and lenient acidity, this wine is easy on the palate. It’s medium-minus body helps keep it food friendly despite its surprising, faint sweetness. Drink 2013–2014.
