Straw colored with miniscule, foamy bubbles, this is fresh, vibrant and slightly sassy on the nose, with aromas ranging from mineral to melon. Pretty fragrances of verbena, lime pith, Rooibos tea and white peach amplify the nose. The palate is delicate in body, balanced in acidity and well judged in sweetness. This is a highly refined sweet wine with grace and delicacy. Drink now through mid-2014.
