This wine’s bright yellow core exudes tiny bubbles. Medium bodied with generous but balanced sweetness, this wine is delicate and sexy in its feminine aromas. White peach, yellow pear, aloe and fern all make their marks. The wine’s acidity is vibrant, and its body is lean despite the residual sugar. There is clear focus here. An attractive earthiness surfaces on the lingering finish. Drink 2013–2016.
