The nose of this deep-crimson colored wine is massively fruity, with warm berries, baking spice and sweet cream aromas upfront. Pomegranate, dried cranberry and black cherry are joined by clove, flint and smoke on the palate. The pleasantly lazy tannins are lifted by supporting acidity on this full-bodied wine with a short finish. Juicy and easy, this is a great picnic wine drink now–2014.
