On the nose, this wine has tangy aromas of macerated black cherry, red currant and black plum that are enhanced by dried herbs and strawberry frond. The supple palate has a well-integrated amalgam of flavors as suggested on the nose, but in a more reserved tenor. Tannins are balanced and persistent. Great value for the price point.
