Orchard fruit and florals dominate in this bottling. Lemon-green in color, the wine has a fragrant nose of muddled green pear, Granny Smith apple, forest floor, lime zest and dried white blossom. A smattering of tart acidity kicks off the palate and infuses the core of the wine, which also brings along white peach and crushed stone.
