The wine is exuberant in its texture and herbal profile. Golden apple, lemon curd, chive and chive blossoms glean on the palate. There is a coy kiss of creme brulee weaving and rippling with the other elements. Acidity explodes in the finish. The bubbles are strident, yet playful. There is a want for the finish to linger a little longer.
