The nose shows a nice combination of young veering into mature aromas. Roasted plum, dried lavender and earth are the core components. The medium body, reasonable alcohol, juicy palate and restrained tannins make this an accessible wine. As it is easy drinking, it’s a great by-the-glass option. Nonetheless, it is best fit for the table. Drink now–2015.
