Bruised raspberry and blackberry form the aroma core of this wine along with a tinge of black tea and an underside of tobacco leaf. On the palate reserved acidity gives rounded, lightly grippy tannins an opportunity to shine. Pair with Italian dishes as well as Thai Basil chicken and spring rolls.
