Pale lemon color with crystalline reflections. This aromatic wine is quite special with its serious minerality, generous wild flower aromas and persistent grapefruit flavors. The acidity pops on the palate, keeping the wine bright, and there is a light tannic grip. Fresh, zesty and slightly tugging on the palate, this classically styled Gavi is beautifully structured and drinking well now to early 2015.
