This wine’s pale yellow color with green inflections is exuberantly youthful and its vigorous mousse of tiny bubbles is enticing. The nose is forward with minerals laced between the canned peach, lime peel and musk aromas. The palate shows a bit more sweetness than the medium acidity can support, rendering it slightly cloying. Still, the body is fairly light and the concentration is solidly medium. Will please many a sweet-wine fan.
