This Shiraz is brimming with rich, brooding fruit. Deep purple in color, the wine has a nose of blackberry, hibiscus, dried hay, strawberry, black plum and black cherry. Rounded black fruit is supported by ripe, well-integrated tannin. The wine would pair well with grilled vegetables, meats and heavier dishes.
