Light, effervescent and rather lilting in texture and presence. Bosc pear and Meyer lemon start off the palate and acacia florals and honey finish it up. This is a simple and refreshing expression of PG—not meant for deep contemplation—but does have a linear tautness to it not typical of most Pinot Grigios. Drink now.
