Melon and honeydew sit on the front palate, while menthol and a slight grassiness finish the wine. There is a slight toasted-almond tinge that frames the sides of the tongue. A subtle acacia florality emerges on the midpalate as the wine opens up. The wine is well balanced. While it can be drunk young, it also can be shelved for another three years.
