This dry Riesling has a perfumed nose of red apple, petrol, chalk dust and white blossom. On the palate, tart green-fruit and floral elements take the lead and continue through to the finish. This steely-textured wine would be a great palate cleanser between dinner courses and would also pair well with white meats and vegetable dishes.
